Chris's experience spans campaign management, and coalition-building from the local to national level.
Statewide, Chris has recently consulted on two statewide ballot measures— the 2020 tobacco tax increase and 2020 National Popular Vote item. He also ran the 2018 and 2022 campaigns for treasurer and secretary of state.
Locally, Chris has successfully managed local candidate and issue based campaigns, including bond-and-mill levies, school board races, state legislative, CU Regent and school board campaigns.
Outside of elections, Chris has successfully organized and recruited state-wide coalitions of nonprofits, chambers, and business leaders to pressure Congress to pass federal legislation, including a change to food labeling and chemical safety laws.

Morgan served as the full-time Chair of the Colorado Democratic party from 2017 – 2023 and led Colorado to the highest number of electoral victories and majorities in the history of the state.
Morgan is passionately involved in civil advocacy work for survivors of sexual assault and sex trafficking. She currently serves as an Ambassador for Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CCASA).
