Beth has won many prestigious lawyer awards including Best Lawyer, Lawyer of the Year, Top Superlawyer lists, and the Sonny Flowers Lifetime Achievement Award and the Texas Verdict Hall of Fame. 

She represented an opposition leader in Cambodia when she was threatened with imprisonment by the nation’s dictator.

She assisted in Haiti after the earthquake to airlift adopted Haitian children to America.

She worked in Paris with Syrian refugees to find them jobs and places to live their lives.

She received the Women’s eNews 21 Leaders Award for her work as an attorney advocate for the enslaved, as well as for writing anti-trafficking laws for free.

Beth Klein was named by the Denver Post as one of the most influential women in Colorado.

She received the Denver Rescue Mission Award for a “Woman that Changed the Heart of Denver”

Beth Klein is the recipient of the Georgia Imhoff Activist Extraordinaire Award.

More Magazine named Beth Klein on its Fierce List as one of the “50 Women That You Want On Your Side.” According to More Magazine, this honor is reserved for women who have shown “true grit and true wit,” and who are the best examples of “attitude, fortitude, resilience, and endurance.” Beth is among 49 other accomplished women to earn this prestigious honor, including Sheryl Sandberg, Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, and Michelle Obama.

Chris Griswold brings high-impact experience in climate advocacy, foundation management, electoral politics, and coalition-building. 

 
Chris leads climate portfolios, managing and supporting coalition efforts to reduce carbon emissions through state law and agencies. 

 
Chris has led efforts to pass nation-leading climate legislation at the state legislature.

Chris's experience spans campaign management, and coalition-building from the local to national level. 

 
Statewide, Chris has recently consulted on two statewide ballot measures— the 2020 tobacco tax increase and 2020 National Popular Vote item. He also ran the 2018 and 2022 campaigns for treasurer and secretary of state.

 
Locally, Chris has successfully managed local candidate and issue based campaigns, including bond-and-mill levies, school board races, state legislative, CU Regent and school board campaigns.

 
Outside of elections, Chris has successfully organized and recruited state-wide coalitions of nonprofits, chambers, and business leaders to pressure Congress to pass federal legislation, including a change to food labeling and chemical safety laws.

Morgan Carroll is a third generation Colorado Trial Lawyer. 

Morgan’s advocacy for clients and causes led her to run for the Colorado legislature in 2004 as a commitment to make and change laws to better serve the people of Colorado. 

 
She was elected and served in the state house from 2005 to 2008, including as Majority Caucus Chair, Vice Chair of Judiciary Committee and member of Health and Human Services, Legal Services, Audit Committee and Business Labor and Technology Committee.

 
Morgan then served in the Colorado state senate from 2009 to 2017, including as Senate President, Majority Leader, Caucus Chair, Chair of Judiciary, and member of Audit Committee and Legal Services committee. 

 
Morgan’s legislative career was marked by successfully passing lobbying reforms, consumer protections, campaign finance reforms, insurance reforms, environmental protections, criminal justice reforms, civil rights legislation and expanding homeowners’ rights. 

 
In addition to hosting hundreds of town halls, and teaching hundreds of community seminars teaching citizen lobbying, she is the author of Take Back Your Government: A Citizen’s Guide to Grassroots Change.

 
Morgan served as the full-time Chair of the Colorado Democratic party from 2017 – 2023 and led Colorado to the highest number of electoral victories and majorities in the history of the state. 

 
Morgan is passionately involved in civil advocacy work for survivors of sexual assault and sex trafficking. She currently serves as an Ambassador for Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CCASA). 

 
Her entire career has been focused on putting people first and pursuing justice for people.
